 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.  

The “Agent Tesla Giveaway” Sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a resident of the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by New Health Partners, 3399 NW 72^nd Ave., Miami, FL 33122 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by Alliance Sweepstakes Services, Inc., 620 Park Ave. #332, Rochester, NY 14607 (the “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). In addition, an Entrant must be a licensed health agent at time of entry and must be an active or must become an active New Health Partner Agent during the giveaway window. The Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who is deemed the Winner (as defined below)).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Methods of entry as follows:

Via Mail - Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” index card, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card with proper postage affixed to: ASC/Agent Tesla Sweepstakes, 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2022 and received by March 31, 2023. Each mail-in entry received with be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entry. **NOTE: Mail-in entry card must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3^rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each card must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for: late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://newhealthpartner.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes and providing their email address and other contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
